What makes Madonna so "talented"? Maybe it’s the B12!

Once again, the power of B12 for youth and energy gets a roundabout endorsement, and this time it’s from two of pop music’s biggest stars. Recently at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony, Justin Timberlake revealed an interesting encounter with Madonna and Vitamin B12, an event which he described as “one of the greatest days of my life” no doubt thanks to the sense of energy and well being that B12 injections (also known as Lipotropic Injections) can create.

Who else is said to take B12? According to the tabloids, the artist now known again as Prince is also an endorser of the vitamin. Given that all three performers do shows which are heavy on singing and dancing, it is no wonder that they want an extra “lift” that doesn’t do long term damage. While some are skeptical of B-12’s effect, it is hard to argue with people who make millions of dollars a year in a craft (performing) which relies heavily on exercising, public appearances, making bad movies and worse videos, touring, recording disposable music, and other rigorous pursuits. Given that much of the celebrity lifestyle can have a adverse effect on health and wellness, lipotropic injections may be one thing outside of cosmetic surgery that props up so many performers.

Other people who see beneficial results from b12 injections are vegans. Because they do not get the benefits of vitamin b-12 found in meats and other proteins, they need supplementation to avoid the anemia that can come from deficiency. Weight loss aficionados also look to B-12 as an extra way of building up energy as part of a regimen of dieting and exercise..

Supposing you’re not a celebrity, and don’t already have plenty of experiences with syringes for Botox and other recreational pursuits? There are plenty of alternatives available, from supplements in your grocery store to b-12 patches available online.
